Dumb question. Could Voinea actually tell if she stepped out of bounds? She was looking ahead to start her tumbling pass, not down at her feet. Would she have known she stayed inbounds and needed to inquire?
When this happens, there is a little blue button on the bottom right that you can press that says “back”. If you click on it, you skip forward to where you left off.
If they haven’t made a decision yet, they should still let her practice in case she is cleared. I don’t think it means she’s already been cleared, necessarily.
I think they are only allowed to switch out skaters for two of the four disciplines. If Nathan Chen wanted to do only one skate, then they had only one more switch available.
Instead of automatically giving the top 3 teams an individual spot or two at 2023 Worlds, maybe factor in 2022 Worlds too.
So give the top 3 at 2022 a team entry, and then if they are able to make top 3 again at 2023 they get an individual spot?
Next in line would be Nina Derwael.
Then Gerasimova and Melnikova are 2-pered.
Then Rebecca Andrade.
So even if they needed R5 & R6, both should be staying for floor final. It is before beam final, but you would think they could both stick around an extra day.
